To compensate today I have received a letter that made me very happy and that I want to share with you. I am the godmother of a little girl from India via the NGO created by a colleague of mine, through which you can help provide schooling to children from two little villages, one in Peru and another in India, children that without our little economical support would not go to school. My colleague that is also a singer-songwriter performs in cafés to get a bit more money to send it there. My goddaughter is called Jothika and she is a beautiful and charming girl that is learning to write and read, and see how things are!! also "to sew" to be able to in the future get a job and help her mum. Jothika writes in "tamil", her mother tongue, and the nuns teaching her translate the letter into Spanish.
I am leaving the link to the NGO website, so that you can have a look at it, they do a really great job (they also have a kidergardern for children in Peru and a little clinic in India) and by being a small and modest NGO it is even more incredible the job they are doing.
