B de Bluebell

Por fin... B de Bluebell... No me preguntéis por qué he empezado por la B... ¡no lo sé!... el caso es que hice los dos patrones (el A y el B) y cuando me di cuenta estaba cortando las telas para el segundo... :)))

Finally... B of Bluebell... Don´t ask me why I have started with the B... I do not know!... the fact is that I prepared the patterns for both (A and B) and suddenly I was cutting fabrics for the second... :)

He aplicado a mano (sin freezer paper ni fliselina) todas las piezas... y creedme, las flores no son lo más pequeño que he aplicado (algun dia os enseñaré uno de mis UFOs, un gato con piezas de aplicación realmente pequeñitas, espero terminarlo algun dia...) ¿Os gusta?

I have hand-appliquéd (no freezer paper, no heat and bond) all the pieces... and believe me, the little flowers are not the smallest thing I have appliquéd (some day I will show you one of my UFOs, a cat with really tiny small appliqué pieces, I hope to finish it one day...) Do you like it?

No estoy nada satisfecha con la foto... tal vez la cambie otro dia cuando la pueda hacer con más luz...

I am not at all satisfied with the photo, maybe I change it one day if I can take the picture with more light...

Alphabet Garden

Para el nuevo año en El Rincón de Paloma estan organizando un nuevo SAL que es una monada. Se llama Alphabet Garden y podeis verlo en esta foto. Yo por supuesto ya me he apuntado aunque no se en cuantas parte me tendré que dividir (como era que hacian las amebas, ¿era bipartición?) para poder hacerlos todos... jeje... bueno, ya me las arreglaré, seguro.

For the new year, in El Rincón de Paloma, they are organizing a new SAL that is really a beauty. It is called Alphabet Garden and you can see it in this blog. I have already enlisted, of course, although I am not quite sure yet on in how many pieces I will have to divide myself (how is it that amoebas did, was it bipartition?) to be able to follow all... hehe... ok ok, I will cope, I am sure.

Para los interesados he encontrado también en la web un sitio (aquí) en el que parece que se puede encargar el kit con las telas necesarias para llevarlo a cabo. Esto es util para aquellas que acabamos de empezar en esto del patchwork y aun no tenemos muchas telitas en nuestra coleccion o que no tenemos tiendas de patchwork cerca.
Actualizacion: aparentemente la web en la que venden el kit no funciona, es una pena... si alguien encuentra otra en la que lo vendan por favor que me deje un post.

For those interested I have found in the web a place (here) where apparently you can order the kit with all the fabrics needed to finish it. This might be useful for those that have just started in patchwork and we still do not have a big collection of fabrics, or that we do not have a patchwork shop close to our home.
Update: apparently the web where they sell the kit does not work, it is a pity... if anybody finds another place where it is sold please leave a post.
